The Deputy and Lady Deputy joined fellow dignitaries from all over Essex upon Hydrogen to under go the tradition of the first Oyster dredge of the year in the Colne River.  Lead by the Mayor of Colchester the first Oysters were enjoyed with the traditional Gin and Ginger cake.
